Lihu'e's Wal-Mart is Big Enough

Wal-Mart is attempting to bully its way around the law to expand the Wal-Mart in Lihu’e. A bigger Wal-Mart means more low-paying jobs, lack of affordable health care for its employees and more local businesses closing their doors. The expanded Wal-Mart would also do even more damage to the pristine island environment. Lihu’e does not need an even bigger eyesore to detract from the beauty of the community.
