The city of Neptune Beach and its residents didn’t want a Wal-Mart and all of its traffic in the first place. Every step of the way, the people of Neptune Beach have voiced their opposition to yet another big box store in their backyards. Now, Wal-Mart keeps changing the plans for the store—removing trees, tearing up roads, and requesting nearby residents to sign seven-page legal agreements.
